Companies like Feral making a living proves that Linux now is a viable business. Linux is stable, more often than not bug free, solid and provides a good range of software. Nowadays people moving to the Linux ecosystem are less likely than ever to come back. I have always had consistent issues between Debian, Elementary, Fedora and SteamOS - if a game worked on one, they usually work on the rest and vice-versa. But Linux is there, and AFAIK there's no major game-breaking differences between most of the major distros. I do understand why, on the short term, the investment into Linux as a platform seems bad for somebody making games. Linux is growing stronger as a platform every day, if I had told myself 10 years ago that I would be able to live Windows free I wouldn't have believed myself. I personally think that (with all due respect) the dev is making a bad decision. But all the games that would be great to have are usually made by companies that don't even give a fuck about linux. or some other cool titles that are easy job to port. Yeah I see what you mean, I know that they can't just port any game that they like, they need the approval from the original developer but I still can't see why don't they bring LEGO titles to linux since they're already on Mac and WB and TellTale have ported a few games to linux. I think most of us would prefer those rare 'must try' games rather than yet another shooter or RTS. What I'd really like is something like Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, Bayonetta, Dishonored, Brothers: Tale of Two Sons or Dragon's Dogma, although I get that those games are old and there is not much money in them anymore. Sorry if I sound spoiled, you guys are doing a great work, it's just lately that ports are not really getting my attention. While I appreciate that you ported the first Tomb Raider, I don't really care about the sequel. Quoting: morbiusIt's almost certainly Rise of The Tomb Raider.
